In the unlikely event that you want to return your toners, we offer a 14 day no-quibble returns policy, providing that the toners are unopened, and in resalable condition.

Before sending, please email with your:

1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Description of problem / reason for return

We will reply to you, and supply a relevant RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number. We cannot accept returns without this.
