Q: Will your toners work with my printer?

A: Yes - all our toners are designed to work with the same as the orginal (OEM) toners.


Q: Do compatible toners cause any problems with printers?

A: No – all the toners and cartridges we supply are designed to work with the printers shown in the listing.
The only significant difference is that you are not paying for the expensive originals!


Q: How quickly will you send my order?

A: Orders received before 5pm Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched the same day to your local Akis Express Couriers, for you to collect the next working day.


Q: How quickly will I receive my order?

A: We post every order using Akis Express Couriers. Akis will send you an SMS message, or call you, usually the next working day, to let you know your order is ready to collect.


Q: Can I return my order?

A: Yes! We are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that we offer a 100% No-Questions-Asked returns policy.
As long as the items are in their original condition, return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery costs) within 14 days of the date of payment!

A: Please see the item description for a full list of compatible printers.


Q: Why should I choose you?

A: Simple - we don't stock every type of toner on the market, but the ones we do stock are bought in large numbers, allowing us to sell them at very low prices.
We are also adding to our range every month. We are friendly, fast and efficient and have excellent feedback from our customers.


Q: How do I install a toner?

A: Do not remove from the packaging until you are ready to install. Gently shake the toner from left to right a couple of times to ensure the toner powder has not settled inside the toner.
Remove the toner from the outer plastic protective sleeving. Be especially careful not to touch the chip or the green/blue imaging drum, or the as this can affect functionality.
Remove the protective paper insert (if there is one) & gently pull the plastic strip through the toner (if present). Install as per your printer's instructions.


Q: Do you deliver outside of Cyprus

A:No. Currently we do not deliver outside of Cyprus.
